The Bavarian Bakehouse is a Scottish family run business, established in 1984. We proudly supply the hospitality sector with made to order high quality, handmade, artisan sourdough breads and sweets, using traditional recipes and methods for the last 40 years. We make everything from scratch, 6 days a week in a purpose-built bakery North East of Glasgow, just off the M80.
Our bakers have a combined experience of over 100 years and are committed to our business goal of being the finest artisan bakery in Scotland.

Our mother dough, which we use in all of our breads and rolls, is the original starter created in 1984. This gives our products a distinct depth and taste, that cannot be replicated.
We currently supply across the Central Belt of Scotland, including Glasgow, Stirling, Dunbartonshire, Ayr and Kilmarnock.
